How to return

For returns from within Singapore

For returns from within Singapore:


1. Start by visiting our Return Portal

2. State clearly your order number and the email address you used to order your items.

3. Item selection page: Select the item you want to return and state the reasons for return.

4. Pack your items for return inside the original pouch.

5. You will receive an email on confirmation with details.

6. Print the shipping label from the confirmation email.

7. Head to any outpost or branch of the courier and drop off your return.

8. Upon scan of your return package, you will be sent your store credit.

For returns from outside of Singapore

For returns from outside the USA:
1. Send an email to oceannapkins@gmail.com

2. In the email, please indicate the items you will be returning, as well as your order number and order email.

3. The team will reply with a confirmation email detailing your return request, the return address and additional return instructions.

4. Head to any outpost or branch of the courier on the label and drop off your return.

5. Once you have shipped the items to our partner warehouse, please fill out the form we linked to in the confirmation email Don't forget to include the tracking details so we can confirm when it has reached our partner warehouse.

6. After the return shipment has been confirmed, please allow 2-5 business days after the item is received for us to process the store credit refund.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit if the item meets the eligibility criteria. If you reside in Singapore, we offer free return shipping via mail using prepaid shipping labels. For returns originating from other countries, you may ship to our partner warehouses at your cost. 

Finally, if your return is related to quality control or service deliverability, contact us at oceannapkins@gmail.com within 1 month of receipt.

Am I eligible for returns/ exchange?

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.


2. Item(s) were not purchased with a discount; item(s) labeled as FINAL SALE. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.


3. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damage.


4. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag and sanitary strip.

Note: All returns are refunded via store credit. Accessories and SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Does Ocean Napkins provide free returns?

We offer FREE returns for store credit for Singapore customers. Singapore customers can choose to send their returns back to our warehouse via mail. Please note that all returns are refunded via store credit.

For orders outside of Singapore, we currently charge $2 (deducted from your store credit) to cover handling and processing fees. The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. Given this, please declare the minimum shipment value for returned parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We currently do not offer direct-size exchanges. You may, instead, return your item(s) for store credit and use this to repurchase your desired size or style.

Can I reserve items while waiting for my store credit?

We cannot reserve any item(s) while your return is yet to be approved.

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

While steps are in place in order to avoid this, as soon as you notice it, kindly contact us immediately at oceannapkins@gmail.com. Kindly attach images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible.

My item was damaged or faulty!

All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at oceannapkins@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly. 

Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Which items are considered FINAL SALE?

1. All items marked with SALE on the collection page or mentioned to not be eligible for returns on the product page cannot be returned nor refunded.

2. Accessories, which include--but are not limited to--scrunchies, bandanas, headbands, bags, hats, and masks. These items will be marked with a SALE text on the website.

3. Additionally, we also cannot accept returns on sale items that were purchased with a discount from their original price.

Refunds

What is store credits refund

Store credit are credits in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.

Do you allow cash refunds or credit to my bank/ Paypal account?

Ocean Napkins offers returns for STORE CREDIT only. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.

Should you wish to return items or convert the issued store credit to a refund to the original payment method, please email our support team at oceannapkins@gmail.com within 14 days of the gift card issuance for approval and processing of the refund. All returns for cash refunds are subject to a 10% restocking and refund fee unless waived due to exceptional circumstances. Please note your order's original shipping charges are non-refundable, as this has already been paid to the courier for the initial delivery to you.

Tracking your return

International

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain a record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is en route back to us.

Conditions required for return

Swimwear and Lingerie

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip and tags.

Apparels and clothings

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Shoes

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Accessories

Accessories are not allowed for return due to hygiene purposes.
