How do I care for my swimwear
Ocean Napkins Bikinis and Swimwears are made with the highest quality fabrics with Repreve fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. To keep your OceanNapkins Bikinis and Swimwears in the best shape please follow our care instructions.
- Handwash with a mild detergent in cold water only
- Hang dry in the shade
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
- Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
- High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
- Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini
How do I care for my Ocean Napkins clothings?
To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.
What are Ocean Napkins swimwear made of?

What do I do if I receive faulty/ incorrect items?
Please email oceannapkins@gmail.com, your Name, Order #, a description of the issue, and pictures if the item is damaged so we can get you a replacement asap!
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
If there is an item that you want, but it is out of stock add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email. It's that simple! We will email you when it becomes available again.
Do you have anywhere I can try on Ocean Napkins product?
So sorry we do not have a physical retailer at the moment, however, if we are having one, we will email you! So do keep a look out at your mailbox!

How do I change or cancel my orders?
The team is very quick at processing orders to make sure they get delivered to you as soon as possible, so we cannot always guarantee that we can change or cancel your order after it is placed. That said, you may change your order as much as you want before you click 'Checkout'.
Any order cancellations are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee, as charged by our payment processor.

I forgot to use my discount code at the checkout. Can I still have it applied?
We know these things happen. The great news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been charged are final and we cannot retroactively apply discounts.
I keep getting errors with my payment. What can I do?

Is it safe to order from your online store.
Definitely! Purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any third party. Our payment options are also secured by PayPal.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards through our integrated PayPal Checkout. We also accept Paynow for those who prefer!
We're constantly working in order to enable and offer more payment options in the future. We'll be sure to update these as soon as it's possible.
Why was I charged more than I expected?
Our website allows you to view our prices in various different currencies. You can select your currency by clicking the drop-down located at the top right-hand corner of our website.
Please note, however, that all our pricing and transactions are processed in USD. The conversion rate would depend on the credit card company being used on the transaction.

Returns
What is our return policy?
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from www.oceannapkins.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
OceanNapkins Swim: If at any time within the 30 days of receipt you are not happy with your product, we gladly accept returns on new or gently used beauty products.
For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
Is it easy to return items?
Super easy- initiate a return through our request a return portal on our website. Through our portal, you will get prompts and instructions on how to return eligible items for store credit.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 3-5 business days.
Can I return Final Sale Items or Items purchased with a Discount Code?
Unfortunately, we do not accept all final sale items or items purchased with a discount code for return.
What items are eligible for returns?
- Items within 30 days of arrival.
- Full-priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, and in original packaging.
What to do if you experience issues with your items?
We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault, we will resolve this quickly. Items that appear faulty must be posted to our returns address. Please head to our contact forms , or directly email us at oceannapkins@gmail.com.
What to do if your return is rejected?
Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner in tact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Cost of SGD$15 will be deducted from the store credit to cover shipping and processing costs.
This is non-negotiable.
Shipping
How do I pick up my orders?
We'll email you letting you know your order is ready for pick up! If we haven't emailed you, your order has not arrived yet.
Please bring your emailed order confirmation and a valid photo ID when you pick up!
Pickup orders can’t be re-shipped and must be claimed in person within 7 days. Any unclaimed orders will be processed as returns. Vouchers or credit will be issued within 2 weeks of the order being returned to our warehouse. We’ll email notifying you.

Promo code and store credit isn't working?
If you are experiencing issues with a promo code or store credit, do contact us and we will help you solve your problems.
Are address changes possible after the order has been confirmed?
If your order has been fulfilled address changes are not possible. If you request a change prior to fulfilment this may be possible but cannot be guaranteed.
My package is lost, what can I do?
We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote your tracking number as they will have the most up-to-date information. If you still require assistance contact us .
My parcel is late, it is taking longer than estimated delivery time
At times delays can occur which are outside Ocean Napkins' control, and which we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up-to-date information. Our customer care team can assist with any unanswered questions at contact us
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately and we may be able to facilitate this.
We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. However, once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be canceled.
